Is This Illegal?
I have a friend (investor) who has a loan officer that provides him with leads generated through his company. I've spoken to loan officers who are extremely interested in providing me with leads but it seems kind of shady. Is there anything illegal about it? :-?
I think we need to first define what type of leads you are talking about.
I prefer to hand these types of people a stack of cards and ask them to give them out to people who may need my assistance.
As far as leads from them, it would depend on what type of information you are receiving.
