just to jolt to curious minds, i was wondering about how people find deals or properties. Right now i use a local paper to find the notices of defaults, but im curious of how other people finds properties successfully. A great marketing plan is a must in this business. Anybody respond, Thks
Get in your car and Drive Look for FSBO signs.. Look for borded up houses. Luck
