I am looking to get started in Wholesale Investing in Upstate NY. What type of salary can I expect? How long does it usually take get that first deal? Thank you soo much for the input PS. Are there any bird dogs in Upstate NY looking to build a wealthy relationship? Are there any Investors in Upstate NY looking to build a wealthy relationship? ;)

    For a whole type house, a minimum of $3000 per deal and a max of $5000. If the deal is real hot and the house is above the average deal, you can expect more.

    It takes some effort to find deals. You may go on for months before getting one. However, I know people that got deals on their first months. SO there is no way to tell. It is upto your level of effort.
