Downtown Flint Michigan Wholesale 25,000
I have just bought a 2 package house deal in downtown flint michigan..I am under contract currently and am exploring options...the bulk of the two properties is financed by the first house, I want to keep...87,000. The second house has a small land contract. of which the owner agreed to finance for me of only 14,000..this means that is all i owe on the second house thats 1800 square feet and will appraise for around 28 to 30 as it sits... I am thinking I would like to sell this house for around 24,000 so I can take the 10,000 profit and pay down my other mortgage or use it for repairs??
