Disclosures
When assigning a property is it wise to disclose to both the owner of the property and the end buy (assignee) that I will assigning the property and recieving a fee for it or should I just not say anything at all? How should this be handled? :-?
as long as you have the prop. under contract it will not matter.........km
What about disclosing this to the original owner of the property BEFORE you have a signed contract. by them?
if your contract says assignee you have disclosed you intentions of possible assigning the contract. you do not have to elaborate in any one area just have it in your contact and ask the seller does he understand or if they have a attny. they will make sure......km
