Buying Land And Putting Mobile Home On It - Anybody Did That?
Hello. Has anybody bought land and put mobile home on it?
It seems that it could generate good cashflow plus the land could appreciate.
What are the rules on putting a mobile home on a lot?
Can I put multiple homes on a lot of land?
What are the expenses of doing so?

Most of the answers depend on the codes where the land is located and the type of mobile home.
In our area, each residence is required to have a minimum number of square feet, so this would determine how many residences can occupy a space. We purchased a manufactured home, which has different guidelines than modular homes - yet both are considered to be "mobile" homes.
