bobhope profile photo

As the subject suggests I've encountered rather outdated info on RealtyTrac's site. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had sucess with it or if I've encountered and isolated incidient. Also if anyone has any suggestions on a better site, im all ears...

I've used them for NOD's-not very accurate for me either- went out to a few houses and they were already in the process of being rehabbed. Go to the county recorders office when there first filed/entered. Just my 2 cents

Their main attraction used to be the low price...as long as you were aware that you get what you pay for.
Just recently they increased their prices dramatically.
The salesperson I called on this said as mucg that they believed that some people out there were using their data and selling the info for a higher price...
It tells you something about some smart folks making money off starting RE Investors...
But they have not improved their product in any way.
They now basically charge you on a per item basis.
    But here's the problem.
There are between 15 and 30% duplicates in their listings, and at these prices I honestly believe they have shot themselves in the foot this time.
It is not a competitive product now.
Let's see if someone steps up into the vacuum.
