took property sub to, have signed and notorized poa. went to bank asked them to start sending me all information and I would be making payments in future. Changed payment due date from the 25 to the 10 of the month. The house is rented thru hud. I changed the date so hud check would be there and use it to make the payment.
question #1- the bank is still sending last owner misc paper work. They do not want to be bothered and are starting to feel like I may have done something illegal. it is causing some real problems. What can I do to insure they receive no more paper work?
Question #2-The bank is saying that I owe late fees because I am not making payments on time. I get the check on the 3rd, hand deliver payment to bank on 4th-6 days early. They are still saying the payment is due on the 20th according to letter sent to original owner. What can I do about this?
