I am trying to upgrade my subscription to the 30 day free trial but it says that my email is already on file. I dont want to get a new email address what should I do?
It sounds like you are trying to re-register again. You will need to login to TCI before you purchase your subscription

Is there anyway to contact the people in charge of TCI? No matter what I do I cannot upgrade my subscription, getting frustrated.
