REI Partner In Florida
Is there any place on TCI to list needs or availabilities of real estate investment partners?
I need a partner in the Florida area, preferably Orlando, with credit 725+, no cash needed. This deal is less than a 12 month turnaround and will net a profit between $190-220k.

Go under TCI Properties, add a property and add the property in and select the status as "Need a Partner"
