Proformanator? Monthly Maintenence Question?
The proformanator is a great tool. My question is, is there a ball park % for monthly maintenance on MHP lots I can use (last box on proforma). Or is it a function of how much lawn care/ upkeep I as the owner want to do in total every month devided by GI? Thanks[ Edited by usmc on Date 05/23/2004 ]
