thanks for your reply Chris. I have to say that I literally fell into this web-site, but thought I would ask the question anyway. I find it strange that people only talk about investment in their home country. There is a big world out there, full of opportunity, only waiting on the first step being taken, if brave enough to take it, and sometimes you do need to be brave to get the most of what you want from life, and make the choice to take a chance. When it comes to Real Estate, it is the countries that have not long started, that hold the big investment for the future. You only need to look back in time, to see what was and now is.
read every last forum topic on this website, and pick up some books at the library or book store....with time and a bit of persistance you can learn anything. You have to be determined to do this line of work or you will never make it. Decide now, how determined you really are, so you dont waste your time dreaming.
You dont need get-rich-quick real estate programs...dont pay more than $100 for knowledge on these subjects! And you need to find a few mentors in the biz (investors, real estate lawyers, real estate agents....etc) and offer to do some free work for them in exchange for the knowledge. Good luck....
