When you go to members and it lists most active members, what is that for? Why are the same members names always on there? What is the benefit to being an active member? Who determines who is an active member?

Your input would be greatly appreciated

And so, looking at the poor souls in the jail house, looking at the REASONS they're in the jail house, "Being an Idiot" apparently is a jailable offense... Man, what a CONCEPT! Sure wish I could apply it my every day life!! I'm WAY envious! lol

The most active members is for people who are actively utilizing the website, not just posting in the forums to boost their rank.

Using the website means putting in active deals, submitting articles, in addition to using the forum. As you can see just commenting and using the forums will not be increasing your monthly score.

We did this for fun, but also to show people who are actually doing deals and not just talking about it.

We want TCI to be for working Real Estate Investors. So that is why some of our tools are focused on that as well.

Ok so if I am not putting my deals into this forum or submitting articles then I am not "actually doing deals."

It seems like you are trying to seperate the people that are doing deals from the people that are not.

I don't see it happening in an online environment.

This forum has grown into something that seems to have a life of its own. I am just wondering if all of these features are really necessary.

If money is an issue and I believe it is always an issue than maybe we scale back some of these features. It must have increased your expenses by adding them.

This feature doesn't seem to do what it is intended to do.

I don't think they are really necessary for this community to grow.

Yes. If are selling/renting properties outside of TCI to other investors, as far as the website is concerned, you aren't doing deals.

The website is to be used not only for where you work, but also where you network with other people, do deals, etc.

The whole entire purpose for TCI is for investors to learn together and prosper together.

Well I better tell my partner that the check we should be collecting in a month will be a figment of our imagination because a web site says we are not doing deals. LOL.

Well I hope people get out of it what you have intended.

I will just stick to networking in person. Jeez, I am old fashioned.
