Tax Scavenger Hunts
I went to the clerks office today and paid $10 for a property list. There are some properties in here but mostly vacant lots. Avg. min bid is $400. It dosent say anything about interest. Are these the props where theres a redemption period
and the posibility to gain interest? Or is there another auction of interest bearing property ? If so how do I locate these properties?
You received the property for sale list, not the tax lien auction list. As far as redemption period you will have to go back and get the laws for your state, they are different for each state.
