Tax Lien Certs
Hello Everyone,
Been researching tax lien certs for quite awhile now. I just want to know has anyone purchased certificates without being in the state where the sales occur?
I'm currently in NV, and want to participate in this months lien sales in AZ, and CA.
Any information would be appreciated.

There are no liens sold in CA.
I would not recommend trying to buy liens without having been in the area before. I do recommend that you attend the sales in person.
