Taking Possesion Of Foreclosed Property
When can a successful bidder take possesion of a property sold at auction?
Is it the day of the sale or when the bidder recieves the deed? I would sure like any information in this matter or where I can find some answers. Thank you for your help. P.S. I live in New Mexico.
