Bankruptcy discharged and tax liens and chapter 13
has anybody ever had a property that was discharged from bankruptcy and had a city tax lien on it how did you remove the lien and how can the city put a lien on a property in bankruptcy. Any help in this matter would help alot. I assigned my contract to a buyer and during the title search he found a cloud on the title.
