I purchased Al's Ultimate Goldmine and I highly recommend it, It is very IRC specific, all about Real Estate, and completely worth the money. I wish I had enough training dollars to purchase Yieters's stuff as well, maybe after this next rehab.

I am not familiar with Mr. Yieter but I did hear Mr. Aiello speak at the Orlando convention and the man is a real estate tax genius. Not only can he quote you the IRS law and exception to any question you can think of, but quote you the code and section of where you can find it. I was very impressed to say the least. He did make it a point to say he is no longer available for hire, but if he is putting it in books, courses, and programs, I would have to say it is money well spent. Good luck.
