Sub2 Course
I'm really interested in sub2 deals (and many others) and I'm thinking about buying William Tingle's Sub-2 course
What do you guys think? What courses have you purchased and can recommend for the beginner?

I have William's sub2 course.
It's great. The best one I have in my vast collection
Very thorough and detailed.
Covers basically everthing you need to do in a sub2 deal. Comes with all the forms and sample deals and pictures.
I also have John's manual(it's great), but not his course (I've heard it's great too).
You get password protected access to his sub2 website.
But the real kicker is that you get John's personal cell #. Something that has come in handy for me on more than one occasion.
Personally, I only TRY to call when I'm in a bind or can't get the info from the manual or website promptly...which isn't too often.
I don't know which one you'd prefer, but I'd recommend either.

Hello to all
I just bought John $cash$ Locke's sub to course and have been glued to it. It has alot of direction and is very detailed I would recomend the course to any one I am 3/4 done after just 2 days its a real attention getter.

i have cash' manual from last year and i agree...TOP NOTCH..i was thinking about MR Tingles but cash came out with his new course this year so i might go with it..hey wait, i do have johns cell number..hmmm..
