Screening Potential Sellers/info Sheet
Goodmorning everyone,
Does anyone know where and how I can obtain a list of questions I need to ask when first contacting potential sellers over the phone? I have already observed whats under the freebies section and haven't found what I'm looking for.

Virtually every real estate investing book I have ever seen has their version of these questions. I reccomend hitting the library and thumbing through as many books as you can on real estate investing. I also reccomend NOT following a script verbatim, work with the other person on the phone.
Here are some sample questions you should ask every potential person.
Why are you selling?
Do you have any other property?
