Question,
Has anyone refinanced properties they've taken sub to? If so, was there a seasoning issue? How long did you have to wait? What was the LTV of your loan? Insurance? Did you tell the broker you were an owner occupant? investment property?...what did you do?
I am still waiting on hearing this one. I did my first one this past year. It's going to be a lot of fun come tax time.
