Profit?
Forgive me if this has been said in any other posts......i new to Sub-2 investing, and i was wondering how fast can someone profit from a Sub-2 deal.
"From the time the seller deeds you the property (he can be out of the house in a week) to the time you find a buyer (you find qualified buyer in less than a week)"
