John Locke
Everything you have heard on this site about John is true. I went to his seminar in Orlando in August of 2003 and really have not had any contact with him since then. I emailed him yesterday about some things before I left my office, I came into work today I have an email back from him, I've talked to him on the phone already and his sweetheart of a wife even called me to update my address so that they could send me a cd. If you don't know his wife she is the one who kept us focused with all the great food she made.
I don't know about most of you but I have never had someone follow up like John. I know some of you are skeptical but with John you don't have to be. I am very impressed with how he makes himself available to a rookie like me who hasn't even done my first deal yet. But I can tell you with John on my side my first deal will come sooner than later. He gave some good advice and I have the peace of mind knowing I can call John for help on a deal.
It's my 2 cents worth but listen to the people on this site that hype John Locke, they do it for a reason.

I agree with you 100%.
There's been maybe twice I've called him and he either wasn't available or was busy at the time.
Each of those times, he was the one that called me back. I know he has probably 100s of other students, not to mention all those fish to catch. So I know he's a busy man...eventhough he is "retired."
That itself warrants for a praising.
There have also been times where I've been totally confused on his method of buying sub2. (confused, only because of information overload from other ways to buy a house sub2)...it's just that his system is "different"/unique as compared to the other views on sub2.
And each time he's always made things simple and showed/told me how things work...no longer confused.
