Hell-o all I was just wandering if john's $ 189.00 course come with any contracts and an explination of how to fill them out. It is my understanding that he is the best in this area..The only real fear I have is filling out contracts WRONG....if anyone can give me advise,,,Thank-you for all your help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,MD

I will walk you through the contracts in the manual step by step. You are not alone in your concerns about contracts, this a major factor in why many new people don't get started in this great industry.
Paperwork is the easy part, so between all the students in various areas around the US and our research person John (LV) I'm sure you can put aside any imagined concerns about contracts.

I have the program and it is a great investment. All of the forms are self explanatory and you will have no problem filling them out. John even lets you know which ones you will need.
He also gives you great tips on marketing for sub2 deals and how to give a presentation to your potential seller.
