This website is the best and I appreciate you and others assisting with this form of RE Investing. I alread y own John's book. Everyone loves success stories and inspiration. Can you guys please give detailed backgrounds on your first year in this business. How did you start in Sub to? How much did you have for reserves at the time? How many Sub To deals did you do that first year? What was you average front end, pack, and back end profit on the first years deals? How did you advertise? What was your ratio for presentations to sellers vs how many deals you worked out with them? I know it all depends on my drive, determination, etc, but I just wanted to get an idea of how a well a successful investor can do real-world.
