What is the differance between the Subject To Training Course for $689 and the $189 Subjct to TrainingManual?

If I were to buy the Manual for $189 would I be missing out on critical information needed for doing Sub 2 deals?

PLEASE only people who have acutally purchased and read BOTH please reply. Or if you WROTE both of them. cool grin

Thank you

Mike

The course has a little more detail. It is like a step by step process from beginning to end. The maunal will allow you to do a deal, but you won't miss out on anything.

I don't think you would want the course in manual form. You may get overwhelmed with all the info and may have an overload. The course is nice because it's like Cash and LV are "teaching" you how to do a sub to deal because it's set up in presentation format. They speak to you. It's not a recorded siminar they gave 5 years ago, it is them, in front of a mic, going over everything you need to know.

The manual is to the point and will allow you to get out there and preform, but I would recommend the course as well.

How many houses have you purchased Sub 2 Since geting the Course?

I got my first house 9 days after I finished the course and my second came 1 week or so later.

I've actually shut down the workshop do to the holiday season, but I'm going to pick things back up in January. It's wierd, one day I had nothing, itching to buy houses, the next day I was trying to turn this buying house thing off. It's real easy, John makes it that way, to buy houses and when you know how, you end up doing it when you want to.[ Edited by nebulousd on Date 12/08/2003 ]
