Deed Of Trust
I don't have the credit to get a loan but have $100k+ equity in a $350k+ home. Have several bills and a lien I would like to consolidate into one. Would need around an 80%+ ltv deed however. Are there investors who do this? Thanks! Kirch

Thats not an investor situation. What you need is a mortgage broker. He can get you refinanced and you can pull your existing equity out and and satisfy your outstanding leins. If you are in NC or SC I am can help you. Jusk click on my profile and private message me
