Cold Calling People

Has anybody had much success at cold calling people.

I have signs up in the area and have about 1000 flyers ready to be passed out but it is over 100 degrees everyday and too hot to go door to door right now.

The signs bring about one call a week it seems because the market has been saturated with them by others as well

What are some other options on finding potential motivated sellers?

    Glad to meet you.

    I will give you a scenario to answer your question.

    Is a very hot today the temperature is over 100 degrees. Rodney and Sally both have lemonade stands.

    Rodney's sign says "Lemonade' five cents a glass.

    Sally's sign says "Ice Cold Lemonade" ten cents a glass.

    This is probably been said many times but, very true it's not what you say it's how you say it.

    Your marketing efforts must separate you from all the others.

    Welcome on board this board, you need to be the one selling the "Ice Cold Lemonade." Whether it be hot from the sun or hot with investors.
