Members of CCRIC can meet and ask questions about any topic relating to real estate, bring deals to buy, sell, or trade. We cover a variety of subjects including tax strageties, wholesaling, landlords, property managment etc. If you wish to expand your participation in the club, you may volunteer for any of several areas such as membership, speaker scheduling, seminar development and event planning.
