Short Sale - Who All Gets A Purchase Contract?
If I found a property that was a candidate for a short sale, would I write up a purchase contract for that person for what's owed on the house, as well as sending one with a short sale package to their mortgage company? Is it either or? I'm starting to understand the process a little better everyday, I think this is still one thing I'm not quite sure of. There is a property that I've been sitting on that's a perfect candidate for short sale. I've been paralyzed though because I'm not sure exactly what to do, I got some steps but some of the steps in the middle I don't quite have.[ Edited by tj1037 on Date 06/27/2003 ]
