I have a preforeclosure subject2 deal on the table where the owner has someone in the house she's renting it to. Would I be obligated to honor the existing lease with the present tenant? I don't want to rent it out, I want to rent to own the property or flip it. The tenants aren't in a position to buy.

Maybe you can give them U Haul money (entice them to move).
