Net Sheet For Second Lender

Loan1=136K; Heloc=53K; ARV=210K; Rehab=10K

I doubt the first (Citimortgage) will take a discount and want to offer $4000 to second (National City). If the second takes it I can takeover payments on first. Is this a good plan?

Usually do you send the same Net sheet both lenders? If not whats different for the one sent to second?
