Length Of SS Process
My offer was submitted to the bank today after the sellers approved it last night. Any comments on the length it usually takes to get information back from the bank would be appreciated. In the contract it stated they have up to 90 days. Will it really take this long?
Another question-Do the sellers know the amount that the bank is looking for to get on the house? Would it be possible that the bank just wants to get rid of it considering the 2 years it has been on the market?

As far as length, it depends on the lender, but 60-90 is normal, but some lenders take longer, much, much longer. They are getting better, and faster now, but it just depends on the package.
