Do I Qualify For A Short Sale?
Hi ..I have a person interested in my property ! I owe 47,000 on the home but the area has depreciated so much i tend to lose about 25,000 on a sale does this qualify me for a short sale??and if so how do i go about starting the process???im looking to get out of the home and need advise ..thank you G

Depreciation is but one criteria considered when seeking to prequalify for short sale.
