Chase Manhattan REO / Loss Mit Contact?
I'm looking for a contact number for Chase Manhattan. We have a property we are interested in an assignment of the Sheriff's certificate on; redemption is up 12/18 so I need to act quick. I faxed an offer to the attorney (we will pay full price) but she said they won't consider it until the redemption is up. I know that once the redemption is up they will just list it on the open market. I have to get to someone directly at Chase before the 18th. Can anyone help? I tried searching - is there a list somewhere on here of loss mit / REO numbers?
