Analyzing Profitability?
New to the game and curious how you analyze profitability. What numbers do you run in order to determine if a deal is worth going after? Do you have a formula that you use? I’m unsure of how to analyze a deals numbers to see if the bank might bite at the offer and if I’ll still make money. What do you guys do and what do you look at?
