first time poster here. hello! Very curious about how to "court" national anchors such as panera, blockbuster, walgreens, cvs. I have a 30,000 sq ft warehouse that is being developed into vanilla boxes for prospective tenants. (built to suit) I have built courage enough to talk to small business owners, but i wondered if there is a "shortcut" to talk to corporate franchises/anchors.

thank you so much

i would recommend talking with a commercial broker in your area that does a lot of leasing for the types of stores you want. They typically have an established relationship with the higher ups at the corporate office of these retailers and can get you in the door much easier and quicker than you will do on your own. A good broker with good relationships with retailers are worth their weight in gold.

Not sure if this is the right forum for the last question so I posted it in the Developing forum as well.
