Work Together!
Hey everyone I've seen alot of so called Real Estate investors that have been very successful but give me advice that they wouldnt take there selves such as...I heard Investor say find a private lender to loan you the money for a project or property and pay them 12-18% return on there money they will jump at the chance to make that big of a return instead of the 3-5% at the bank...Yeah right I've been trying to do that for 4months now most people laugh at me saying yeah right but what I want to know is why dont these so call Real Estate guys lend the money out and get a 12-18% on there return because in this world it doesnt happen that easy if so it would happen all the time you shouldnt have to search ever corner of the Earth we should all work together its enough MONEY out there for everyone! stop looking at the next man as your competition and look at him as you Partner,or Brother,Friend etc...But maybe its just me with bad luck right![ Edited by steadydoses on Date 03/11/2004 ]
