Should I Invest In National Grant Conferences?
I attended the free seminar for National Grant Conferences here in New Orleans. It was a great presentation, but they want $999 and then attend the two day seminar next weekend where the tell you about the programs for Louisiana. I'd like to get $10,000 to $25,000 for a down pymt on my first home and also become a full time real estate investor. I see a lot of rehab properties in the N.O. area. Any sugessions? Thanks.

Why not do the research yourself to find out about grants? If you hang out here, you will learn a lot. You don't need money to buy a home. There are a lot of programs out there that can help you buy property. John Lockes programs are one good example. Personally, I would use the money you were going to spend on the grant seminar and buy John's or another good program and study, study, study. Then, I would go get my new house!
