The first thing you need to do is buy a cow, the cow it the one with udders, you wouldn't want to try and milk a bull. It might make the bull happy however.
When you have enough milk money saved up, Get on down to Billy Bob's School of Real Estate Investing. Billy Bob has some wonderful success stories about the back 40, however get him to talk about real estate investing in out houses.
An excellent market to start with, during the inspection training, in case Billy Bob skips over checking for splinters as part of the due diligence make sure your are aware of what a pain in the butt this can be if not done properly.
When you become successful with out houses, your next step is move up to barn investing, this however I would not recommend until you know the in, out and flow of out houses.
