Mildew And Mold On Rafters?
I've got my first house and in the basement there is mildew all over the rafters. What is the best way to get rid of all that? Do I power wash? (Don't really want to add water to the problem) Spray bleach and scrub clean? Please help. Thanks in advance.

What's up with all this ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** that keeps appearing all over people's posts? I understand that the site has its rules about posting URLs, but there is no way that the previous post had URLs in the places that are blanked out. It seems to be cropping up more and more and is starting to get annoying. Most of us are just here genuinely looking for information, and people should be allowed to post the names of products, etc.
There are chemical treatments to kill mildew but I've found that a mixture of TSP, bleach works, and water works well.
