KMT Lenders
Dont Know much about the group, but i do know that thier company will be guest speakers at our networking group on Oct. 3rd in St. Louis.
Since many of you are more experienced than myself. Aside from the basic questions are there any detailed questions you would like me to ask and then POST.

If it is the same KMT partners that listed in TCI's lending section, I wouldn't waste my time going. They just farm your name out to a loan officer, who won't produce any programs worth using.

I called them once (KMT partners) and wasn't very impressed. I talked to someone who said "I'll find out and get back to you" on the most simple of questions ("do you do residential or commercial?" "What LTV do you loan", etc).
Perhaps that was an isolated experience and her first day on the job, but I didn't feel like I wanted to gamble with someone like that.
