What is it that you want to do with the property? If your property is not in a habital condition, then you will find it hard to locate some one to carry the insurance. If you wish to rehab the property then you can obtain insurance for the short term period that will allow you to be covered while the work is in progress.

Hi Vern Tahnks. It is a rehab. House is in livable condition. I will be in it daily for 3 to 4 weeks. The on the market but will be checked often. It is on a busy street also so it is very vivable. Jim
