Hurricane Rehabs

I am in Port Saint Lucie I am currently working on rehabbing my home that suffered hurricane damage. I am selling it as soon as work is done. One day after the hurricane we had power both times we need a new roof which is in the process we had some of the ceilings got wet which was cut out and the instulation was removed 2 days after the storm. Do you think it is necessary to remove the whole ceiling or just replace the areas that were wet. How about the instulation does all of it need to be replaced? Also the garage door shakes alittle now when opening and closing I can't notice it but it drives my husband crazy. Do you think the garage door should be replaced? Keep in mind that I need to get out of this house quickly to close on our new home.

Just replace the wet area of ceiling, and have drywaller blend in texture. Same with insulation, you just need to replace what was wet.
Sounds like the garage door may need to be adjusted vs. replaced.
    I just sent you a message,too.
