I own property in Reidsville, NC that has a good deal of equity but needs some rehabbing. I'm want to find a rehabber to wholesale the deal to but I'm new to the area and don't know any local rehabbers. Anybody interested? Advice? Thanks, James ;)

    Hey,
The best I can think of is put the entire job to bid with a remodeler. someone will low bid for a temp. steady gig.

Please let me know how you make out
    Thanks

    Hi David,
Thanks for the advice. Question: how do I go about putting the house up for bid with a remodeler? and what exactly is a temp?

    Thanks,
    James

Do you live in the property, or non-owner occupied? The difference is how much you could borrow against your equity. I would call a contractor for a free estimate for repairs. After you get the estimate, find out how much the house would be worth after repairs. That should tell you how much you could sell the house for.
    Hope this helps.
