The Total Destruction Of U.S. Housing Market Ad And Ethics

Hello,

I have been coming to this site for about a year now, and I value VERY MUCH the contacts and deals I have done and information I have learned through this community. There is a lot of integrity in here, and I am glad to be a part of it.

But I would be doing everything, including TCI, a disservice by not voicing something that does not sit right with me by allowing the banner ad for TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF HOUSING MARKET to be on the front page (or any page) of this site.

Yes, it is some more income for the company, but this company who is advertising their information product is under investigation by the SEC

You have a site about the positives and income potential and investor savvy of real estate, yet you allow this ad to run on your front page?

I think it is paradoxical at best, and hypocritical at worst. What are newbies supposed to think, and when you are allowing fear mongering onto this site?

I don't like it, and I think it should be removed asap.

I am all for increasing revenue, but you have to consider the ethics and the ethical cost of doing so.

My two cents, anyone else feel any particular way about that ad? They are under investigation for defrauding investors!

Best, Dave
