Thanks Finnigans...I am referring to private investors lending me money backed by a 1st. TD for a period of 4-5 yrs...fully amortized over 48 to 60 months with a minimum of 25k locked in for that amount of time and paid principal & interest monthly until paid in full in that 4 or 5 yr period...what interest rate would be attractive and who, if anyone, is having success accomplishing this and how...regards, CWal
You need to add more specifics, like is this a rental, primary residence, LTV, credit score, amount borrowing, etc.
