Creating A Note?
Hello everyone:
I need help in creating a note, secured by RE.
1) Is this something that an attorney would have to do? If not, Where can I find the proper form (s), for that.

On your first note, an attorney wouldn't hurt , but it is not necessary. You can obtain the appropriate documents from any legal software. A Note and a Mortgage should be drawn along with a sales contract.
As long as both parties agree to the term in all documents, you can proceed to close.
