CFD In Pennsylvania

Habing only been in PA for short while I haven't had the need to use a CFD here. Now the time has come and I need to find the PA statutes concerning it. Anyone know anything? Are the statutes online somewhere? Is foreclosure required or will eviction suffice? Or a combination of the two depending on equity? Yes, I am going to have an attorney draw it up and close the deal but I really like to read the law before spending money on the attorney. It could save a lot of time. As always, any help or direction is greatly appreciated. Tom
