We have a new tool that I am working on in the Tools and Utilities area of MyTCI. It is called the Proforma-nator. When this tool is finished, you will be able to put in your whole entire investment including DEBT and find out whether the investment is good or not.
Go to http://www.ccim.com/resources/toolbox/busforms.html . Download for free an APOD. ( annual poperty operating data) sheet. I keep getting a box that says "please enter your authentication information". If I cancel I get the workbook but can't save it to my hard drive.
